1. Accepting these terms

By using BenefitIntel (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What BenefitIntel is

BenefitIntel is a free service operated by iCoach Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a licensed insurance agency based in Washington State. The Service provides:

  • a benefits check, based on the information you enter
  • information about federal, state and local assistance programs
  • guidance on how to apply for benefits
  • document checklists and application tips

3. Not a government agency

BenefitIntel is not a government agency and is not connected to any benefit program. We are a private company that provides information. Our results are estimates based on each program's published eligibility rules. Only the official programs can decide whether you qualify.

4. Results are estimates

We work to keep the Service accurate, but we cannot guarantee:

  • that you will qualify for any program
  • the amount of any benefit you may receive
  • that the information about program rules is correct or current, because the rules change often
  • that any application you submit will be approved

Final eligibility is decided by each program. Always check the details directly with the program or government agency before you rely on them.

5. Your responsibilities

When you use the Service, you agree to:

  • give accurate and truthful information
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • not use automated systems to access the Service excessively

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

The Service links to official program websites and other services that we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Limitation of liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCoach Solutions from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
